Marketing Coordinator for Real Estate Investment Company
Panzera Realty – Grandview Heights, OH
Part-time (with full-time potential)

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join the Panzera Realty team! You will utilize your professionalism, knowledge and experience to assist our team of real estate professionals with the marketing of our investment realty and property management company, with the goal of bringing new both new investor and new landlord client leads to the company in its growth mode.

Responsibilities:

  • Networking for the company on a global online real estate investor website, continuing the company’s solid reputation with its members and adding value to real estate investment and property management conversation threads.
  • Networking locally with investors/landlords, real estate lenders, and professional services providers to grow the business network for both the company and its clients.
  • Managing company social media posts and conversations on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Google+.
  • Handling reputation management concerns by fielding online company reviews, working with the Panzera Realty team to gather all pertinent information for response, and responding to reviews in a professional manner.
  • Managing Google pay-per-click advertising and discovering new local methods of property management services advertising that will benefit the company.
  • Updating website information as needed and creating company blogs for posting to the website on a regular basis.
  • Creating and implementing a long-term marketing plan that includes these efforts and measuring results from the plan’s implementation.

Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields is preferred, but not required
  • Proven experience with digital marketing methods
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with extreme attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines and multitask, with a desire to complete tasks
  • Ability to maintain and handle confidential information
  • Collaborates well with a team
  • Maintains professional demeanor at all times with agents, staff, clients and tenants

Requirements:

  • 25 hours per week with the potential to lead to full-time work
  • Must have own car; some local travel for networking appointments with meetings during business hours
  • Knowledge and use of social media for business marketing purposes
  • Must have a clean and neat appearance
  • Must dress business casual appropriate for an office environment
  • Must possess a strong desire to learn and to grow with the real estate team and an interest in small, family-owned business
  • Tobacco and Drug Free work environment

Receptionist for Property Management Company
Panzera Realty – Grandview Heights, OH
Full-time

We are seeking a Receptionist to join the Panzera Realty team! You will utilize your professionalism, knowledge and past experience as a receptionist to assist our team of professionals with greeting customers to our property management company, and answering phone calls in our busy front office. You will be the friendly face of Panzera Realty who our tenants, potential tenants and clients will address first, so your ability to be customer-focused is a must.

NOTE: Please do not apply if you do not have past experience as a receptionist.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting everyone who walks through the front door of the small, family-owned business office in a professional, friendly manner—including tenants, applicants for apartments, vendors, and other visitors.
  • Answering the Panzera Realty business phone line during open office hours in a friendly, professional manner and helping answer questions by viewing our available properties on the website, or by directing the caller to the appropriate office staff member to address their needs.
  • Navigating the www.PanzeraRealty.com website to help callers who are likely calling from mobile phones with basic answers to their questions about our available properties.
  • Other duties such as copying, faxing, answering emails, or assisting other office staff members as needed.

Requirements:

  • 40 hours per week, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday (with lunch break)
  • Must have excellent verbal communication skills
  • Must collaborate well with a team
  • Must have specific experience as a receptionist, answering phone calls in a busy office environment in a friendly and professional manner, and understanding that answering those phone calls is the primary work task
  • Receptionist experience must include simultaneous phone system navigation and computer desktop navigation
  • Must possess a friendly, calm personality, as the job’s primary focus is communicating all day with real people
  • Ability to multi-task is a major plus!
  • Must have a clean and neat appearance
  • Must dress business casual appropriate for an office environment

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $10-12 per hour

Required education:

  • High school diploma

Required experience:

  • Property Management office experience is ideal, but will consider receptionists from other industries with strong customer service and communication skills and the willingness to learn
