Emergency Maintenance
If you have a maintenance emergency, call our 24-hour line: (614) 291-5407.
An emergency maintenance issue is anything related to the property that poses an immediate threat to life, health, or the property. If the situation is life-threatening, please call 9-1-1 immediately and contact us after the situation is under control and the authorities have arrived.
Examples of severe emergencies that requires our immediate attention: fire, flood, gas odors, sewage back-ups, a non-secure door, roof leaks, lightning strike, broken water pipes, no heat in the winter, etc.
Non-Emergency Maintenance
If you have a non-emergency maintenance issue you may:
- call (614) 291-3406 between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm EST, Monday – Friday.
- contact us by email at david@panzerarealty.com and someone will contact you within 24 to 48 hours.
- submit the maintenance request form below and someone will contact you within 24 to 48 hours.
